17 February 2010 - John Jay will give us some help in understanding the world of DNA. Have you had your DNA done and now what?

17 March 2010 - Jim Hubbard will be discussing the differences between some of the more popular Genealogy Software Programs

21 April 2010 - Lynne Roberts will be discussing "what is PERSI, Heritage Quest and others? Why is it important? How to use it for your research?"

19 May 2010 - Marilyn Ulbricht will be discussing the Coroners Records, an Autopsy of a Life

16 June 2010 - Sandra Benward will do a live online step by step presentation with the Ancestry.com project that Root Cellar members are involved in. If you haven't signed on yet because it seems complex or you are just not sure what to do or for whatever reason, please come, ask your questions and get answers. Let's get more members involved and get the project rolliing along... at this writting (March 2010)our committment for the "Pennsylvania Naturalization Records - Original Documents 1795-1972" is now 33.50% complete - This is something you can do at home on your computer online, anytime of the day or night. We do need all members to participate! We will ALL benefit. Ancestry click on Collaborate and then on Ancestry World Archives Project and read all about it.
